FOR NOMINATIONS AND WRITTEN ENTRIES

ONLINE NOMINATIONS

 

Companies with an office in Surrey are invited to participate in the 2025 Surrey Property Awards by inviting clients, suppliers and industry peers to place nominations.

Those submitting nominations will be asked to enter the address and name of the company they are nominating, and provide a comment to support their nomination.

Nominations are invited for all company types in the relevant categories that have at least one address in Surrey, and those making a nomination should have used the services of the company, branch office or consultancy during the period - January 2025 to October 2025.

Only one nomination will be permitted per email address in each of the online categories.
Nominations will be randomly checked through the reporting system to verify information provided, including email addresses, to ensure nominations are valid and campaigns to non-business users e.g. family members and purchased email addresses are avoided.

The website will close for nominations on Friday 24th October.

No shortlist will be published and the winners in each category will be announced at the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner on 27th November 2025.

ENTRY SUBMISSIONS

Written submissions will be accepted for individual properties, developments, refurbishment and conversion projects built in Surrey between August 2023 and August 2025. There is a date extension for the two categories:

Best Landscaping Design and Prestige Property, which have a completion date between August 2022 and August 2025 - this extended period of completion is at the request of the judges.

All entries will be submitted to the judging panel for their consideration. It will be at the discretion of the judges if they decide to make site visits. Should a site visit be required you will be notified of the date for their proposed visit. Please ensure you complete the form with contact details and also the full address of the project/property/development. The entry deadline is Friday 19th September.

There is no charge to submit an entry, and the form can be completed at surreypropertyawards.co.uk. Please provide details of the project, a site layout, landscaping plans, any images or drawings of the street scene, the Design and Access Statement, up to 10 photos and approx. 500 words of content describing the scheme.

The judges’ decision is final, and no shortlist will be issued prior to the event. Winners in all the categories will be announced at the Awards Presentation and Gala Dinner on 27th November.
