NICK KNOWLES
The Surrey Property Awards is delighted to welcome Nick Knowles as co-host and speaker at this year’s black tie awards ceremony.
For the last 25 years, Nick has been the face of BBC1’s DIY SOS, the channel’s most watched and longest running prime time factual series. He is one of the UK's highest rated TV presenters and is also an RTS award-winning writer. Before working for the BBC, Nick worked as a journalist and producer in the UK, Australia and America.
Over the past decade, Nick has hosted BBC1 prime time Saturday night quiz shows and in 2018, he appeared as a contestant in ITV's 'I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here', winning a new legion of ITV fans. Most recently, Nick put on his dancing shoes for Strictly Come Dancing 2024.
SARAH GOBRAN
Sarah is returning as compère at the 2025 awards and alongside Nick Knowles.
An actor and co-founder and producer of the Guildford Shakespeare Company, Sarah’s passion for acting began at the age of seven. She trained at the Guildford School of Acting and went on to perform in a variety of theatre and film. The very popular Guildford Shakespeare Company, which was set up in 2006, was Sarah’s brainchild.
DARIUS ZIATABARI
Darius Ziatabari brings his childhood hobby of Magic and Mind Reading to the VIP reception at the Surrey Property Awards to create an experience that the guests will remember! Darius is a member of The Magic Circle and has consulted for both David Blaine and Penn & Teller over the years.
Darius is also a director of Equinox Living and Charlbury Group, and has built out over 300 apartments over the last 5 years and has a primary focus on larger planning plays, such as a current planning submission for a 25 storey tower in Park Royal, North Acton, with 176 apartments
