FOR NOMINATIONS ONLY

Companies with an office in Surrey are invited to participate in the Surrey Property Awards by inviting clients, suppliers and the industry to place nominations for their business. 

 

Those submitting nominations will be asked to enter the name (company and/or person) and business location of the company they are nominating, and ideally provide a comment to support their nomination. Nominations, in the respective categories, are invited for all company types that have at least one office in Surrey, and those making a nomination should have used the services of the company, branch office or consultancy during the period - January 2024 to October 2024. The website will close for nominations on Friday 18th October.

Only one nomination will be permitted per email address in each of the on-line categories, with one further nomination for a named individual in the Property Professional of the Year category allowed. Nominations will be randomly checked through the reporting system to verify information provided, including email addresses, to ensure nominations are valid and campaigns to non-business users e.g. family members are avoided.

No shortlist will be published and the winners in each category will be announced at the Awards Presentation and Gala Dinner on 28th November 2024, in the company of the Mayor of Guildford and Celebrity Guest speaker.

 

FOR WRITTEN ENTRIES ONLY

 

Properties and developments built in the leafy county of Surrey between March 2023 and September 2024 are eligible for entry into the 2024 Surrey Property Awards. All entries will be submitted to the judging panel for their consideration. It will be at the discretion of the judges if they decide to make site visits. Should a site visit be required you will be notified of the date for their proposed visit. Please ensure you complete the form with contact details and also the full address of the project/property/development.  The entry deadline is Friday 27th September.

There is no charge to submit an entry.  Please provide details of the project, a site layout, any landscaping plans/images, images/drawings of the street scene and a good selection of internal and external images.  Please supply approx. 500 words of descriptive content and up to 10 supporting images.

Properties and developments must have been completed or, for larger schemes, a substantial phase completed, between March 2023 and September 2024 to qualify.

The judges’ decision is final and no shortlist will be issued prior to the event. Winners in all the categories will be announced at the Awards Presentation and Gala Dinner on 28th November at G Live, Guildford.

There is no charge to enter the Surrey Property Awards.
